Rachelle Bernadel is the IB’s University Relations Administrator at the IB Global Centre in Bethesda, MD, USA. She is also an IB graduate of Parkdale High School in Riverdale, Maryland.
As the year is winding down, I am sure you are all feeling like you can barely stay afloat! Whether you are knee deep in application reading sessions, placing the final touches on student packages or just preparing for the year ahead, this is a hectic time of year for everyone. That is why here in the IB office, we like to get as much laughter as possible, it is good for the soul.
To get the smiles going, I wanted to share a few of my favorite IB memes as we move into this holiday season. I know these gave me a good laugh as I reminisced on my diploma days and oftentimes as students, it is hard to see the light at the end in the midst of struggle. But as counselors you all are one of their biggest cheerleaders, encourage them to persist!
